  • How do I choose my treatments?

    We offer a menu to pamper, relax and revive the body. When you view a treatment, the benefits along with duration and price are advised. If you would like further help our therapists can select those treatments that are most beneficial to you. You will find our Spa contact details in our Find a Spa section or please use the Contact Us option.

  • What is a Treatment Consultations?

    Our consultations are confidential and complimentary and will be carried out before all our treatments. The consultation includes a short questionnaire about you. If you have any concerns regarding your health or body, including any allergies, please let us know.

  • When should I arrive?

    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so we can welcome you at Spa Reception. You will then be given your confidential consultation questionnaire to complete. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa or treatment time. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

  • What shall I wear?

    Wear whatever is comfortable. Whilst at the spa we will provide you with a robe and slippers. On arrival, your therapist will explain the elements of your treatment and advise what items of clothing should be worn during it. During treatments all our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. Whilst using the wet spa and any of our holistic experiences, swimming shorts/trunks or costumes should be worn.

  • Do I shave before my treatment?

    Shaving is not recommended prior to service. If you choose to shave, please do so at least six to eight hours before your appointment. For hair removal services, body hair must be at least ¼ inch long for effective removal. Avoid prolonged sun exposure for 24 hours before or after waxing. Avoid any physical activity that will cause excessive heat or perspiration following the service.

  • Do you have to be a certain age to enjoy spa treatments?

    Spa Facility and Spa Pool use is for guests 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age are not eligible for body treatments and massages. Guests 16-17 years of age may have facials, with a parent or legal guardian present. Guests 5-15 years of under are eligible for manicures, pedicures, haircuts and hairstyling only, with a parent or legal guardian present. Online bookings are for guests 18 years of age or older. Please contact the Spa to book for guests below this age.

  • What if I’m to be a ‘Yummy Mummy’?

    There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but many that can be enjoyed. If you or your guest may be pregnant at the time the appointment is due we do prefer to speak to you personally to book in the most suitable experience for you.

  • What if I have special health concerns?

    All treatments booked, and use of the spa facilities, are subject to medical status. During the online booking process if you answer ‘Yes’ to a specific health related question or pregnancy, we may not proceed with the booking. Instead we would prefer to speak to you personally and ask that you contact the Spa. If you have any concerns regarding your health or body, please let us know.

  • How can I Cancel / Change my treatment booking?

    If you wish to change or cancel an appointment we ask for 24 hours’ notice otherwise 50% of the treatment will be chargeable. If you do not arrive then we will have to charge the full treatment price. Please contact the Spa directly to cancel your booking or call the Central booking service on 0800 054 6505 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm).

  • How and when do I pay?

    We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, approved gift cards and vouchers. You will be asked to pay at the Spa Reception on the day of your experience.

  • How can I make the experience last longer and continue the benefits at home?

    As part of your complete experience, our trained therapists will gladly recommend a skincare routine to enable you to continue the benefits of your treatment at home. Our products are available to buy directly from the spa.

  • Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

    Beautifully presented gift vouchers are available at a variety of monetary values and for any treatment or package; these can be purchased from Spa reception. Vouchers are an ideal way of solving those ‘what-to-buy dilemmas’ for that special occasion, an anniversary surprise, birthday treat or just because you care!

  • What are my Registration details?

    Non Member If you have previously booked with us online you will have registered your Name and Email address and received a Welcome to Marriott Spa email containing your unique Customer Number. If you do not have these details please complete the Contact Us Form or Call 0800 054 6505. (Monday – Friday 9am -5pm).

    Marriott Golf or Leisure Member To sign in quickly, enter the email address that you provided on joining and your unique Customer Number, which can be found on the back of your membership card. Please contact your home Club if you wish to add or change your registered email address.

  • And finally, a few spa tips

    To ensure a wonderful spa experience, please make us aware of any preferences that you may have. Talking with your Therapist will help them customise their service to ensure maximum enjoyment.

    Re-hydration is an important part of spa therapy. We therefore recommend that you drink plenty of water.

    We endeavour to provide you with a tranquil, relaxing and reviving environment. We therefore request that you respect the needs of fellow clients by leaving your mobile phones and pagers in your locker.
